Terms and Conditions

Groom Getting Redy


1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and services carried out by image maker Moeri, Christof Möri (hereinafter referred to as the photographer). The customer accepts the GTC by signing the contract.
Within the framework of an ongoing business relationship, the General Terms and Conditions apply to all future services even without express permission.


2nd booking
A booking is made after the scope of the service has been agreed between the photographer and the customer. 30% of the fee must be transferred as a deposit within 30 days of the contract being delivered. In the case of short-term bookings without advance payment, the terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted by verbal confirmation of the order.


3. Services of the photographer
3.1 The photographer is obliged to carry out the photographic work personally. If the photographer is unable to do so due to force majeure,

4. Rights and obligations of the customer
4.1 The customer acknowledges that the image material provided by the photographer is copyrighted work within the meaning of
of the URG (Federal Copyright Law of 9 October 1992). By paying for the work, the customer acquires the
unlimited right to private use and reproduction of the image material.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed, the image rights remain with the photographer.
4.3 The photographer may use the images for self-promotion in consultation with the client.
4.4 The customer is responsible for providing the photographer with meals.
In particular, a place in the guests’ hall must be reserved for the photographer during dinner.
4.5 Complaints concerning the content, quality or condition of the image material must be submitted within 8 days of receipt by
